Restorative classes are an excellent way to balance out the stress of modern life with a combination of deep stretch and total relaxation. A soothing respite, our Hot Yoga classes are held in our state-of-the-art infrared studio, heated to approximately 38°C. Meditation is used to help you relax into your pose.
