Under the creative direction of Executive Chef Joseph Wojakowski, Fort Garry Hotel and Spa serves sophisticated American cuisine with an International twist. Menus change regularly to showcase the seasons’ freshest flavors, including sweet corn, late summer berries, apples and plums.

Virtually everything from hamburger buns to dill pickles is made from scratch. No trip to The Fort Garry Hotel is complete without sampling its house-cured bacon, free-range eggs, fresh-from-the-oven organic sourdough bread and traditional, all-natural Rugbrod rye bread.
