Winnipeg’s homegrown talent, Curtis Newton brings sets that crescendo in tempo and energy until the entire patio is on their feet, dancing with wild abandon to the sounds of blues, boogie, and swing.
Nadia Douglas
Nadia Douglas, delivers jazz classics with her rich alto voice and come-hither stage presence, breathing new life into the old classics, making each song her own. She was definitely born in the wrong era and crushing it!

The Spritz Tower features four of your favourite flavours: APEROL (Aperol, Prosecco, soda water); HUGO (St. Germain elderflower, fresh lime juice, Prosecco, soda water, fresh mint leaves; THE PEAR (Bombay Sapphire gin, pear syrup, Prosecco, soda water); PARMA VIOLET (crème de violet, violet syrup, Prosecco, soda water); and PEACH BELLINI POPS (Prosecco, Aperol, white peach popsicle).

Our house-made Italian style dough, A contemporary pizza made with 100% biga with a 72-hour fermentation, 80% hydration, Prairie Flour Mills organic flour and Vecchio Molino Semola Rimacinata.
The result is a light and airy interior but the outside packs a crunch—the perfect foundation for your pizza dreams.
Diavola Pizza
This pizza delivers some heat featuring nduja and spicy salami, atop fresh mozzarella and San Marzano tomato sauce.
Montanara Pizza
Mushrooms and Taleggio cheese, crowned with confit cherry tomatoes and peppery arugula.
Fresh Sandwiches
Made with our FGH Signature pizza dough. Served with FGH Seasoned Fries or House-Dressed Greens.
