For Wedding Couples of The Fort Garry Hotel:

If you’re getting married at The Fort Garry Hotel and are interested in taking wedding photos here, please confirm your photoshoot date and time with your Conference Services Manager.

  • Wedding photoshoots are permitted at no charge to couples who have booked their wedding with The Fort Garry Hotel.
  • Wedding photoshoots will take place on the 7th floor, on the Mezzanine or in the lobby.
  • Wedding photoshoots are permitted the day of the wedding, or scheduled between Sunday afternoon – Wednesday evening, subject to availability.

 All Other Photo Requests:

For the privacy and comfort of our guests, unauthorized photo sessions are not permitted in public areas, and MUST be booked by our Sales Department at sales@fortgarryhotel.com

Terms & Conditions:

  • Fee: $1,000, plus tax for a minimum two-hour time slot. $500, plus tax for each additional hour.
  • Photoshoots will take place on the 7th floor Loggia and 7th floor Foyer – no other areas are permitted.
  • Must be scheduled between Sunday afternoon – Wednesday evening, subject to availability.
  • Supplemental Charges will apply and are not limited to, set-up charges, late end times, refreshes, cleaning, and other services that require staffing above normal levels and/or services outside of the normal scope contracted and paid products and services
  • Bookings must be made within 2 weeks of photo session date.
  • Photos sessions are not permitted in the Lobby, on the Mezzanine nor in Oval Room Brasserie.
