Lower Level

 

THE CLUB ROOM

Located on the lower level of the hotel, The Club Room is home to live entertainment every week with Yuk Yuk’s Comedy Club and Jazz Winnipeg Concert Series.

Utilizing the existing set-up, The Club Room can be used as for presentations up to 120 people, and includes with AV, lighting and a built-in stage. The Club Room offers 11 ft high ceilings and its own private bar area.

 

Lobby Level

 

PROVENCHER BALLROOM

Located on the lower level of the hotel, this private room is beautifully decorated with white walls and crystal  light features perfect for smaller weddings , dinners, anniversaries or  retirement dinners for up to 250 persons.  The room has a built in screen in its 11 ft high ceilings and has its own private bar area for your guests.

BROADWAY ROOM

 

 

Mezzanine Level:

 

LA VERENDRYE

Located on the mezzanine , the room overlooks  Broadway and Fort street. With 9 ft high ceiling, complimentary  internet and built in should system there room is flexible and can be used for meetings, breakout session or small dinner or the perfect small family style  brunch.

 

GATEWAY/TACHE ROOM

Located on the mezzanine floor of the hotel,  these rooms can be split or combined and are perfect for meetings of 5- 100 persons  offering complimentary WIFI, built in sound system and  natural light with views of Fort Street and the Upper Fort Garry historical site. Whether as a main room or breakout session your guest will have a great meeting with us.

 

 

1st Floor:

 

SALONS A, B and C

Located on the first floor of the hotel, theses rooms feature natural light and are perfect for small meeting  of 5 up to 35 persons. All room have complimentary WIFI so your delegates can always stay connected.

 

7th Floor:

 

CRYSTAL BALLROOM

For over 100 years the Crystal Ballroom has celebrated Weddings, graduations, corporate galas for up to 280 persons. Located on the 7th floor of the hotel, featuring 20 ft high windows overlooking the Forks, Canadian museum of human rights and the site of upper Fort Garry.

 

CONCERT HALL

Located  on the 7th floor of the hotel, offering a  genuine warmth with all the walls  being treated in oak paneling. The Concert hall features  20 ft high windows overlooking Broadway  and Garry Street  and offers a  18ft x 23 ft stage perfect for keynote speakers or live bands for your next  gala  or event.  The concert hall can accommodate 240 persons for dinner or 350 guests in theatre setting.

 

Fort Garry Place:

 

GRAND BALLROOM

The Grand Ballroom at Fort Garry Place is the perfect venue for large-scale events such as trade shows, conferences, weddings, graduations, and galas. With a capacity of up to 600 people, the Grand Ballroom is one of the largest and most elegant in the city. Accessible via the 1st floor skywalk, the Grand Ballroom is adorned with 20 ft high windows and a 23 ft ceiling, decorated in a classic old-world style that complements the glamour of the hotel.
